Lily is not taking naps.
Every time I put her down for a nap she falls fast asleep in minutes.
But, her new preschool does not give naps
So we have been getting ready for that.
On this particular day she was particularly cranky
So I put her down for quiet time.
After a half hour I opened her door
She didn't even stir.
Stuey (aka big puppers) went in to give wakin her up a try
This is her new big girl bed in her new rooms first appearance on the blog.

That is so cute! I am pretty jealous of the nap time...it is rare here. Like once every couple of months rare!!

Love the photo of your girlie sound asleep. don't all us mothers love that! my 3 year old has the summer off from preschool, before she begins again in the Fall. she takes a nap M-F for the nanny, but not on weekends for me. I don't know if she just wants to spend every possible moment with her parents, or if she knows she can get away with it! I love Lily's new bedroom -- the airy curtains with butterflies are sweet. we are re-doing the bedroom here too, and will post photos soon. :)

She'll still take a nap for you?!? So jealous. Crista refuses. Absolutely refuses. Unless its 6pm in the car then she'll go right to sleep (and stay up til midnight!)

I took naps away 2 months after Maya turned 3 years old. She wanted to nap around 2:30 or so and then we would have to listen to her over the monitor until 9 or 10pm, so I banished them! now bedtime at 7pm and no nap!
