I have blogged about this before and Peter says it is okay. Peter and Lily's bond was not immediate. I was immediately consummed with all this love as our family formed. I think that it was full of uncertainty for both Lily and Peter. As a result their bond took some time to stew like those crock pot meals I love so much. I will tell you that good things come to those who wait. They still knock horns every so often but Peter is the only one who gets these words. Here daddy I brought this for you cause your my best friend! And that pretty much sums it up. These are my favorite pictures of the two of them.

I have heard that this is not uncommon with mom's or dad's but it changes over time and the special bond grows and grows.
I think that bonding thing is kind of normal. Maya and E still butt heads, too, but the funny part is that Maya is usually the winner! hehe. Maria, however, is quite the daddy's girl. I think it has to do with his comfort level the second time around. Love ya!
That is so sweet. I think Daddy's just take a little longer...my friends with bio kids say that all the time.
